Don’t worry, you can still reply to a quote with your question. However, these replies are public – all other sellers will be able to see them.

You’ll see these on your left on the invites screen. Check out the invites and send a quote directly from there.
What are add-ons?
When sending a quote, you can offer extra services such as delivery, free pick-up and drop-off, free coffee, and free services or parts. Add-ons will increase your chances of getting approved.

Get approved

Now that you’ve sent your quotes and you know the secret to getting more approvals, sit back and relax as you wait for the customers to approve your quote. You’ll be notified as soon as a customer does so. We’ll put the money paid by the customer into escrow, meaning the money will remain on hold with us until the job is successfully completed.

Yes, as soon as you finish the job, be sure to mark it as complete. The customer then has 7 days to mark it as complete as well. The customer can use these 7 days to test the product or service and make sure everything is up to their standards. As soon as the customer marks a job as complete, the payment will be transferred to your provided bank account.
What if the customer doesn’t mark it as complete?
If the customer doesn’t mark it as complete after 7 days, the system will automatically do so and the payment will be transferred to your bank account as usual.
How do ratings and reviews work?
Once you mark a task as complete, you’ll be directed to the rate and review screen. Make sure to provide honest feedback about your experience with the customer. This will help our community to only deal with the right people.

Movezly’s payment process is very simple yet highly protected. The seller is only paid when you get what you paid for. When a seller finishes a job, they mark it as complete. You then have 7 days to review the service or part and mark it as complete. Only after this is the seller paid for their work.
What are badges?
Badges are basically accreditations given to sellers by GetNFix. Sellers can upload their documents, and Movezly will use a third-party ID verification system to verify the documents provided and offer badges to the seller. Badges help our buyers to find the right seller for the job. Various badges include an ID verification badge, insurance badge, years of experience badge, and police verification badge.
What is escrow?
Escrow is a neutral holding place where we hold your money until the job is done. The funds remain there until the job is done successfully. Once both the parties are happy and mark the job as complete, we release the payment to the seller’s provided bank account.
